I'm not really doing well with keeping to my points. The peanut butter is really killing me, as I'm used to only using 5 points for breakfast. I don't want to stop eating it though because the protein is what I need.
I may cut out the Kellogg's snack bar that I eat between breakfast and lunch and try to either do without or start thinking of doing something different. A bar is convenient and easy to eat quickly in between classes. Fruit would be more ideal but that would require leaving class to go to the lounge refrigerator.
I also may have to cut out the juice in the morning as it's wasting 2 points. I should probably be drinking water anyway.
